1. Oklahoma
2. LSU
3. Missouri
4. Alabama: There is something unsettling about them. Maybe it's that they're so young, but something seems to be missing from the complete package.
5. Texas
6. BYU: Held a 24-0 lead after one quarter against Utah St.
7. Texas Tech
8. Penn State
9. Florida: Tebow's 2.6 YPC are by far the lowest of his career.
10. Utah
11. USC: Completely dominated Oregon. Still have as much or more talent than anyone in the nation.
12. Georgia
13. Oklahoma State
14. Vanderbilt: When their backup QB comes in to lead the team to victory over Auburn, you know they're for real.
15. Boise State
16. Ohio State
17. Kansas: Nearly lost at Iowa State, but coming back from 20-0 deficit is impressive.
18. Virginia Tech
19. South Florida
20. Wisconsin
21. Northwestern: Their opposition isn't awe-inspiring, but they still had to beat those teams, and they did. The schedule gets tougher from here on out.
22. North Carolina
23. Wake Forest
24. Michigan State: Javon Ringer has been arguably the best running back in college football this year.
25. Florida State

My favorite new site is http://www.collegetop25.com/?s=ranks
because it is a consensus rank which combines them all. They also do 1AA schools which is nice if you follow a smaller school.
