- The UCLA Bruins football team has a tradition of skipping a practice each spring by climbing over some wall, but this year, new head coach Rick Neuheisel wasn't so happy with the timing of it all. (Gutty Little Bruins)

- The NFL's scheduling fairies did the St. Louis Rams no favors. The team faces every NFC East team in the first 6 games, along with Seattle and Buffalo, then they travel to New England.
