The defending Super Bowl champion Indianapolis Colts have a pretty good quarterback in Peyton Manning.
Their receivers, Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne, aren't bad either.
Throw in running back, Joseph Addai, and you have a frightening set of skills players.
What the New Orleans Saints didn't expect, when they opened the season against the Colts was an improved defense. The Saints also probably didn't expect to get crushed by Manning and his upgraded defense, 41-10, in week one of the 2007 NFL season.
Manning threw for 288 yards, 3 touchdowns and no interceptions, and the Colts defense held New Orleans scoreless in the second half and intercepted Drew Brees twice.
Is it possible that the Colts are better this season.
What a scary proposition for the rest of the National Football League.
