Quiet Terrell Owens is boring

I used to love to hate Terrell Owens.

The dallas cowboys wide receiver was always in the news for doing something remarkably stupid. I'm not talking Michael Vick or Pacman Jones stupid, either.

No, Owens' antics were more from the theater of the bizarre. You know the stuff I'm talking about – signing footballs after scoring a touchdown, basically quitting on the Philadelphia Eagles and doing push-ups in his driveway in front of reporters.

Owens has never shied away from media attention. I once had a blog, in which I had a whole category dedicated to hating Terrell Owens for simply being the most ridiculous athlete on the planet and never knowing when to shut his mouth.

Now, Owens is to be ruining my love of hating him. He's been surprisingly quiet heading into training camp. He seems like a normal person.

Terrell Owens, normal?

I can't take this. I want the old Owens back.

I can't bring myself to like him, and not hating him is boring.

Please, Terrell, do something monumentally stupid again, so my hate affair can return.
